We are seeking a Senior IT Analyst who demonstrates a combined understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suites, Office365, Zoom Video Conferencing, Windows-based computer & server hardware, networking, Apple OSX, iOS, and Android Smartphones, along with hybrid Azure Active Directory Account Administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with consistent follow-up and follow-through, are essential to success in this position. Ability for occasional local travel across our San Francisco Bay Area locations.
