About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior IP&S Manager (Level M) to join the Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) BDS team in Oklahoma City, OK! This role serves as the Oklahoma City site leader for the IP&S function, managing the IP&S teams for Bombers, Executive Transport, and Airborne Warning & Control System (AWACS). Additionally, this position will be the skill team leader for the Oklahoma City and San Antonio IP&S team. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool.
• 5+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Serve as part of the Oklahoma City site leadership team with oversight for planning & scheduling for Bombers, executive transport, and AWACS Programs.
• Execute earned Value Management (EVM) compliance.
• Provide scheduling practice leadership including metrics, compliance, and program performance.
• Provide IP&S site level oversight for tools, processes, and training.
