About The Position

The Senior Investor Suspense Analyst leads post-closing review of completed mortgage loan files to verify data accuracy, documentation, and compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements before delivery. The role resolves complex post-closing defects and suspense items, coordinates with internal teams and external counterparties, and responds to investor and secondary-market conditions, trailing-document requests, and audit findings within required timeframes. The analyst monitors loan and pipeline quality trends, identifies recurring issues, and recommends process or control improvements. The role also maintains knowledge of relevant guidelines, documents workflows, reconciles file statuses in loan systems, and provides updates and escalations on aging items and delivery risks. The analyst mentors less-experienced team members on best practices and communication with partners. This is a remote role. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office and work from a physical location of their choice that must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions. The role offers a competitive base salary and eligibility for equity awards. Published annual base salary ranges vary by location: $83,500–$133,500 in specified states and Washington, DC, and $79,400–$126,800 in another specified group of states. Actual compensation depends on experience, performance, and location.
