About The Position

The Senior Inventory Specialist maintains the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the warehouse and fleet. The role covers receiving, storing, rotating, and distributing materials, supplies, and equipment; keeping inventory records accurate and current; and helping ensure inventory processes are efficient and effective. The position is part of In-Home Services, which supports field operations and technicians across facilities nationwide.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license in the state where seeking employment and a driving record that meets DISH's minimum safety standard.
Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends; overtime is compensated.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift up to 125 pounds.
Be able to safely operate warehouse equipment such as a pallet jack and/or forklift.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

Document the quantity and type of equipment, merchandise, and supplies in the warehouse and on vans, as well as materials needed for installations and service calls.
Maintain accurate physical counts of van, warehouse, and saleable products on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis.
Receive returned equipment, new inventory, and vendor shipments; stock inventory in the warehouse; prepare shipments for return to the re-manufacturing department; and record distributed hardware in the computer tracking system.
Complete daily inventory transactions for products used and link them to the proper accounts.
Prepare equipment shipments for remote employees, with accurate documentation and timely delivery.
Use computer systems and inventory tracking programs to manage and update inventory records.
