As a Senior Internal Communications Consultant for Group Benefits, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering high-level, cohesive storytelling that elevates Group Benefits’ identity, celebrates achievements, and clearly communicates strategy and performance across the enterprise. Reporting to the Head of Group Benefits Internal Communications, this role serves as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders and plays a central role in advancing enterprise-ready narratives that position Group Benefits as a trusted, high-performing organization at the forefront of Guardian’s transformation. You are A strategic thinker who can bring order and simplicity to complex messages. An excellent writer who excels at prioritizing information and turning complex business priorities into clear, compelling narratives. A detail-oriented communicator with strong project management skills from concept through execution.
