Requirements

Expereince recruiting candidates with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners)
College Degree

Responsibilities

Responsible for fully cleared, full life-cycle recruiting (must have experience recruiting TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Poly candidates)
Focusing on identifying, contacting and pipelining cleared IT candidates
Developing job postings
Providing unforgettable candidate experiences
Attracting talent
Maintaining impeccable client service
Partnering with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
Coordinating with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and Human Resources for interviews and hiring processing
Identifying passive candidates and managing strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
