About The Position

Oracle Health is looking for a Senior Technology Architect who has strong experience in managing integrated technology deployments of Hardware, Software, and Services for external clients in the US and Canada Commercial markets. This role has a specific focus on Medical Device Integration and empowering the team through high-volume Consulting led installations for expansions and replacements. As a Senior Integrated Technology Architect, you are bridging the gap between IP and Implementation (Consulting). You are the last tier of support for technical problems that arise on our team and engage other internal stakeholders when required. Additionally, you will facilitate technical discovery and provide expertise based on the client specific environment, while also establishing client relationships with the goal of achieving high level client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study, or relevant, equivalent work experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including a high level of comfort interacting with clinical, IT, and biomedical equipment staff on the client side up to the Executive and C-Suite level.

  • 4 Years’ experience working with CareAware iBus
  • 4 Years’ experience working with Linux Operating Systems
  • 4 Years’ experience with HL7 standards
  • 4 Years’ experience with medical devices such as anesthesia carts, physiological monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and/or laboratory analyzers
  • 3 Years’ technical troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • 3 Years’ application of basic networking principles

Responsibilities

  • Providing consulting implementation services to clients throughout North America for medical device connectivity products.
  • Services include the integrated technology deployments of hardware, software, and clinical workflow consulting.
  • Collaboratively guiding clients with add-on, optimization, and alpha deployments of integrated devices in various clinical settings.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of CareAware products, methodologies, documentation, and best practices for technical implementations.
  • Collaborating across organizations with IP and strategy to enhance, identify defects, and update documentation across our products.
  • Establishing internal and external relationships to create a high level of client satisfaction via client delivery while also providing coaching and guidance to internal stakeholders in areas of product expertise.
  • Supporting clients through regular project events, testing calls, status meetings, and conversion support across multiple products.
  • Owning technical implementation escalations by troubleshooting device integration issues, assessing risk, and mitigating findings throughout client engagements in partnership with engagement management.
  • Managing multiple work assignments and meeting utilization targets.
  • Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
