The Impact You Will Make The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for managing day-to-day execution and full-funnel performance for assigned university partners, often within more complex portfolios. Operating with greater independence than a Manager, this role serves as a trusted right hand to Directors and Senior Directors—balancing tactical execution with strategic contribution. By surfacing insights, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving executional excellence, the Senior Manager directly influences partner growth, stakeholder confidence, and pod-level effectiveness in support of Risepoint's mission. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
5–7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, account management, or campaign execution.
Demonstrated success managing partner or client accounts with measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical, execution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in higher education or enrollment marketing environments.
Experience leading cross-functional projects, pilots, and initiatives.
Advanced digital marketing fluency across paid media, SEO, email, and analytics.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Workfront, or similar marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution and full-funnel performance for assigned university partners.
Serve as the primary internal and external contact for campaign execution, asset reviews, approvals, and performance updates.
Translate integrated marketing and portfolio strategies into actionable execution plans.
Monitor, analyze, and report funnel performance (leads, applications, enrollments and retention), identifying risks and optimization opportunities.
Lead performance optimizations and testing in collaboration with analytics, channel, creative, and SSC teams.
Support Directors and Senior Directors in strategic planning, escalations, and partner reviews. Act as a stretch leader in the Director’s absence, ensuring continuity of execution and reporting.
Lead cross-functional workstreams, pilots, or pod-level initiatives beyond individual partner work.
Provide informal leadership and guidance to Managers and Specialists on execution best practices.
Manage new program launches by coordinating intake, campaign setup, and cross-functional communication.
Ensure marketing assets align with partner brand standards, value propositions, and compliance requirements.
Develop deep partner-specific acumen on assigned brands and programs and ensure research and insights are applied to optimizations of strategies and assets.
On fee-for-service engagements, help manage the marketing-related budget and deliver on contractual commitments throughout the statement of work.
