About The Position

Integris Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Coastal Community Credit Union, is seeking a self-motivated and collaborative Senior Insurance Rep – Multi Branch Support to join their insurance team. This role is based out of the Corporate Office in Prince George, B.C. Integris is a dynamic and forward-thinking company committed to helping clients protect their assets and achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of general insurance experience and at least a Level 2 license. A CAIB designation is considered an asset. This role involves leading as an insurance subject matter expert and trusted resource to insurance branch teams, supporting staff development, driving business growth, and ensuring strong compliance and service standards. The successful candidate must be able to travel regularly to various Insurance Branches and communities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of general insurance experience.
  • At least a Level 2 license.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to regular travel between branches as required.
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance products and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a dynamic, multi-location environment.
  • Collaborative team player with leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive client and branch matters.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote insurance support to branches, assisting with personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products.
  • Act as a mobile producer, building and maintaining client relationships while achieving sales and service targets.
  • Ensure accurate policy processing, renewals, endorsements, and claims support in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Support branch operations during staffing shortages, vacations, or transitions to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Coach and mentor insurance staff on complex insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Deliver hands-on training and guidance to new and existing employees to strengthen product knowledge, compliance awareness, and professional development.
  • Collaborates with the Integris Insurance team to proactively build the general insurance book of business. Includes joint marketing initiatives and inter-department referrals.
  • Proactively seeks ways for the Insurance division to contribute to corporate results including the submission of ideas and suggestions.
  • Demonstrates support for corporate initiatives.
  • Participates in interdepartmental projects and meetings to assist Integris with its financial goals.
