This seasonal position is for a friendly, organized, and dependable Seasonal Insurance Customer Service Representative to support a growing team during the busy summer season. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and wish to gain insurance industry experience. The role is expected to last through the summer months and may be extended based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to jump in where needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients and agency partners.
• Assist with incoming phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Support new business applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Enter and maintain policy information in AMS360.
• Assist with reports, inspections, audits, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support producers and teammates wherever needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
