About The Position

FalconX is hiring a senior team member for its Institutional Coverage team. The role manages existing institutional client relationships and identifies opportunities across FalconX’s product suite. It involves working with large, complex clients, building deep customer relationships, and providing clients with market insight. The position focuses on expanding clients’ use of FalconX services, particularly derivatives trading and credit and lending solutions, while coordinating with internal teams to support client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in institutional finance; a markets background is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives, structured products, and/or lending.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex value propositions concisely to sophisticated stakeholders.
• Ability to administer large, complex client accounts with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with teammates across sales and trading.
• Familiarity with FalconX’s product ecosystem, particularly trading and prime brokerage services.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of cryptocurrencies, underlying blockchain technology, and the evolving global regulatory landscape.
• A markets background.

Responsibilities

• Execute account management strategies that deepen FalconX’s presence within its existing institutional client base.
• Identify and qualify opportunities for clients to use additional FalconX services, especially derivatives trading and credit and lending solutions.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers through proactive consultation.
• Partner with leadership to align sales deliverables and account growth strategies with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with middle- and back-office teams to deliver strong client satisfaction and integrated service.
• Identify market trends and generate ideas for staying in front of clients.
