About The Position

CGI is seeking an experienced Reporting Architect to join a high performing team supporting the implementation and modernization of enterprise ERP reporting and analytics solutions for public sector organizations. This role focuses on designing and delivering scalable reporting, data, and analytics solutions leveraging CGI Advantage Insight, Snowflake, and modern business intelligence technologies. As part of a collaborative ERP implementation team, you will define reporting and data architecture, design data models and reporting solutions, and support the integration and transformation of enterprise data for analytics and decision making. You will work closely with functional consultants, technical architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into effective solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work with CGI Advantage Insight, Snowflake, Power BI, and cloud based data technologies while helping modernize reporting and analytics capabilities for government ERP environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional enterprise reporting and analytics experience.
  • Strong experience with Snowflake, CGI Advantage Insight, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes, data integrations, and pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and cloud based data platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross functional Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java based applications supporting enterprise ERP solutions.
  • Develop and support system integrations using REST/SOAP web services, APIs, messaging frameworks, and ETL technologies.
  • Create and maintain interfaces between ERP applications and third party systems.
  • Develop reusable application components following enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while performing root cause analysis and implementing long term solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution design, code reviews, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Develop technical documentation, interface specifications, and deployment documentation.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Support application deployments, upgrades, and production releases.
  • Ensure compliance with security, coding, and quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices across the team.
  • Support ongoing ERP modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
