This role is well suited to a high-caliber candidate from an insights, strategy, management consulting, investment banking, analytics, research, or luxury brand strategy background who is energized by the opportunity to influence meaningful business decisions.

  • Analytical fluency and the ability to distill complex data, insight, and analysis into a coherent, persuasive story for senior audiences.
  • Strong organization and workstream management skills, with the ability to track initiatives, maintain momentum, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Strong command of research synthesis, market and competitive analysis, client and consumer intelligence, and the ability to turn complex evidence into clear recommendations.
  • A strategic, future-oriented mindset and curiosity about consumers, clients, luxury, culture, markets, innovation, and the external forces shaping business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the poise, precision, and credibility to represent CHANEL with internal and external audiences and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using data and insight to craft executive-ready narratives, presentations, white papers, and recommendations that are clear, elegant, commercially relevant, and action-oriented.
