The administrator will be responsible for IT security principles, policies, and procedures, as well as managing cloud-based systems and vendor-supported systems. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, dedication, and a professional demeanor. The ability to train and explain hardware and software usage to others, perform hardware installations and upgrades, and manage software enhancements is crucial. Familiarity with telecommunications, VOIP phones, and analog telephony is required. Occasional after-hours and on-call work is expected.
