As a HR Information Systems Administrator at Horizon, you will oversee systems architecture and integration across HRIS/HCM and payroll platforms. You will manage configuration tools and practices to ensure consistency and reliability. You will work within UKG, ADP, Oracle, or Workday HRIS/HCM systems. You will implement security protocols and permission structures to safeguard sensitive employee data. You will administer UKG Core and UKG Pro Learning modules. You will set up and optimize recruiting and onboarding workflows. You will support back-end timekeeping processes for UKG UTM/WFM maintenance. You will configure and report on LMS for employee training programs. You will utilize data mapping and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI). You will manage EDI files according to EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML). You will troubleshoot and validate data for seamless data exchange. You will communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships across departments. You will follow issue resolution and escalation protocols to minimize downtime.
