The Implementation manager is accountable for ensuring implementations are high-quality, compliant, and delivered on time. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role. Requirements

Possess relevant work experience or Bachelor's required
5+ years of project management experience required
Possess Implementation configuration and quality assurance experience.
Possess knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration
Able to travel up to 20% travel

Responsibilities

Managing concurrent client implementation projects and a team of technical experts.
Utilizing tools and resources to identify opportunities and drive results.
Developing project plans, supply and demand functions, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensuring adherence to system development and quality assurance standards.
Collaborating directly with clients to map out new projects from start to finish.
Providing exceptional service with zero defects, ensuring 100% quality and no escalations.
Partnering with clients and third parties to deliver flawless project work.
Leading implementation projects from start to finish, including project planning and requirement meetings.
Developing Continuously health domain knowledge and stay updated with industry changes.
Serving as a role model, providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
