About The Position
The Implementation manager is accountable for ensuring implementations are high-quality, compliant, and delivered on time. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
Requirements
- Possess relevant work experience or Bachelor's required
- 5+ years of project management experience required
- Possess Implementation configuration and quality assurance experience .
- Possess knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration
- Able to travel up to 20% travel
Responsibilities
- Managing concurrent client implementation projects and a team of technical experts.
- Utilizing tools and resources to identify opportunities and drive results.
- Developing project plans, supply and demand functions, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to system development and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborating directly with clients to map out new projects from start to finish.
- Providing exceptional service with zero defects, ensuring 100% quality and no escalations.
- Partnering with clients and third parties to deliver flawless project work.
- Leading implementation projects from start to finish, including project planning and requirement meetings.
- Developing Continuously health domain knowledge and stay updated with industry changes.
- Serving as a role model, providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
