About The Position

The Implementation manager is accountable for ensuring implementations are high-quality, compliant, and delivered on time. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.

Requirements

  • Possess relevant work experience or Bachelor's required
  • 5+ years of project management experience required
  • Possess Implementation configuration and quality assurance experience .
  • Possess knowledge of Health and Benefits Administration
  • Able to travel up to 20% travel

Responsibilities

  • Managing concurrent client implementation projects and a team of technical experts.
  • Utilizing tools and resources to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Developing project plans, supply and demand functions, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring adherence to system development and quality assurance standards.
  • Collaborating directly with clients to map out new projects from start to finish.
  • Providing exceptional service with zero defects, ensuring 100% quality and no escalations.
  • Partnering with clients and third parties to deliver flawless project work.
  • Leading implementation projects from start to finish, including project planning and requirement meetings.
  • Developing Continuously health domain knowledge and stay updated with industry changes.
  • Serving as a role model, providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
