About The Position

Adonis is adding a new Implementation Manager to our growing Client Experience team! In this role, you are pivotal in bridging the gap between Adonis’ innovative AI agent solutions and the nuanced realities of enterprise Revenue Cycle Management. This role requires a seasoned implementation or deployment professional with expertise in RCM workflows and/or proven experience across leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, such as Athena and Epic. You will navigate a diverse portfolio of customers, each presenting distinct challenges and opportunities. From initial discovery to post-implementation optimization, you will partner with client executives and leverage your implementation, project management, and RCM expertise to ensure successful AI agent adoption and a clear path towards ROI for our clients. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into practical, impactful RCM solutions, meeting customers where they are and growing from there, will be critical to your success and the success of our customers.

Requirements

  • Six plus years of experience in client-facing implementation, delivery, or consulting within healthcare technology or revenue cycle management.
  • Deep familiarity with Athena, eCW or other common EHRs, including integration and/or workflow design experience.
  • Proven ability to lead complex healthcare implementations, coordinating across technical and operational teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning executive-level relationships with VP, Director, and Manager-level stakeholders.
  • Prior experience at a healthcare consulting firm, EHR or implementation partner (e.g., Optum, Deloitte, Nordic, Chartis, R1, Athena).
  • Experience implementing or integrating SaaS or automation platforms within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong operational playbook development experience—creating repeatable frameworks, templates, and documentation.
  • Exposure to revenue cycle automation or AI-driven workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own all steps required to go from a signed deal to product delivery.
  • Coordinate and collaborate internally with Product and Engineering stakeholders, ensuring core orchestration layer, data model, and Agent criteria meet customer needs.
  • Manage all customer touchpoints to generate a smooth delivery across RCM teams and C-Suite leaders.
  • Partner closely with your CSM counterpart to deliver an effective Kickoff, map ROI to the customers’ buying motivations, and continuously add to internal playbooks to improve the customer experience.
  • Push through roadblocks and find creative solutions to new challenges and operate with urgency to service customers’ needs.
  • Be instrumental in the successful deployment of Adonis's AI-powered solutions within large Physician groups, driving measurable outcomes for both the client and Adonis with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Adonis's agentic capabilities and quickly develop a comprehensive grasp of the customer's existing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Guide customers through design, configuration, and adoption of AI Workflows, partnering with CSMs and solution designers to design and validate RCM workflows that deliver measurable automation outcomes.
  • Significantly improve the speed at which customers realize value from Adonis's solutions.
  • Actively refine internal playbooks and processes.
  • Identify areas for optimization to accelerate the customer's journey to their "aha moment."
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to advocate for features and improvements that streamline implementation and enhance usability.
  • Become the foremost authority on how Adonis's products best integrate and perform across a diverse range of Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  • Utilize practical learnings to inform product enhancements and refinement of the implementation process.
  • Capture and disseminate insights in partnership with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience regardless of the customer's specific EHR.
