Job Summary The Implementation Senior Manager is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of Goosehead’s enterprise partners, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. This role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with partner objectives. The Implementation Senior Manager works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to enable lead flow, drive conversion, mitigate risk, and establish a strong foundation for long-term partner success. This position plays a pivotal role within a newly formed organization and is instrumental in shaping the future of Goosehead’s implementation function. In addition to executing strategic partner onboarding, the role will contribute to defining team standards, operational processes, and organizational structure for the implementation (GO) team, helping to build and scale a high-performing function.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Implementation, Partnerships, or related roles
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or similar industries
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and go-live execution
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from kickoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support
  • Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Integrations, Marketing, Support, and Partner and Agency Management
  • Configure the onboarding plan to customer requirements and oversee data migration, integrations, and testing
  • Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and drive resolution
  • Communicate status, progress, and next steps clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure customers are trained, enabled, and prepared to use the platform effectively at launch
  • Capture feedback and implementation learnings to improve processes and documentation
