About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sr. Implementation Consultant in Lyric Project Services. This role combines analytic and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex information to help clients develop the skills and confidence to use ADP products with ease. The consultant will leverage top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation. The primary goal is to successfully implement clients on HCM products and services, with daily tasks varying based on client questions and solutions provided. The role offers continuous learning opportunities and comprehensive training to ensure success. The consultant will build rapport, establish trust, and maintain professionalism with clients and project team members, providing expert support to enhance ADP's integrated solutions. Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Payroll, HR, or Time.
  • Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide clients.
  • Ability to recognize project risks and proactively partner with the team to document and mitigate them.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and critical thinking skills.
  • Application of best practice concepts and experience in new implementation situations.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A college degree is not required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized.
  • Military experience is considered.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand their business and needs, building long-term trust and becoming a credible resource.
  • Analyze the client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
  • Stay informed about HCM capabilities, new product features, and potential functionality challenges.
  • Collaborate with client project teams, sales, and client service members to understand business needs.
  • Recommend and implement appropriate solutions based on client needs and ADP's HCM offerings.
  • Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
  • Adopt a lifelong learner mentality and participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Pioneer new initiatives to enhance the client experience and drive innovation.
