About The Position

Optum Enterprise Imaging is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer implementations of radiology and cardiology solutions across healthcare organizations. This is a customer-facing role responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering complex software implementation projects from project kickoff through go-live and project closure. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, internal technical teams, clinical stakeholders, product teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution. Product and implementation methodology training will be provided. While healthcare imaging experience is desirable, candidates with strong implementation project management experience from other industries are encouraged to apply. This position operates in a highly collaborative environment and requires a project manager who can effectively lead through influence, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships. The role is largely self-directed and requires strong judgement, organization, and communication skills. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
