Requirements

Associate or more advanced degree preferred
Two to five years’ work experience with all aspects of corporate employment-based immigration or related experience
Demonstrated ability to provide consultative guidance, including assessing needs, identifying risks, and recommending solutions aligned to business objectives
Strong professional curiosity with a desire to deepen industry knowledge and broaden understanding of cross‑functional roles and business strategy
Excellent interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to influence and advise associates and leaders at all levels on sensitive, complex matters
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organized, disciplined, and results‑oriented, with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable adapting to shifting business priorities while maintaining service quality and compliance standards
