About The Position

Boeing’s Global Mobility Services organization is currently seeking Senior Relocation Specialists to join our International Relocation team. These roles will support our U.S. immigration and global relocation programs, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a superior employee experience. Selected candidates will manage immigration processes related to employee relocations and assignments while partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and third-party suppliers to manage immigration and relocation processes end to end. This is a high-impact role that requires speed, clarity, timeliness and accuracy to drive compliance and deliver critical support for immigration and mobility services. The successful candidates will serve as a trusted immigration subject matter expert (SME), navigating an evolving U.S. immigration landscape while designing the systems and policies that enable Boeing to build a global talent pipeline while delivering a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Global Mobility or a related service (e.g. Immigration Law, International Human Resources, and/or an International Assignee Tax Department)
5+ years of experience with mobility industry (corporate, service, or combination)
5+ years of direct immigration experience

Relevant mobility or relocation certifications (GMS, CRP)

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for U.S. immigration programs while providing guidance on visa, work authorization, and immigration compliance matters
Manage immigration and relocation cases from initiation through completion. Manage the end-to-end U.S. immigration lifecycle, from offer and pre-hire assessment through visa processing, extensions, renewals, permanent residency, and other applicable immigration matters, including H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, E-3, L-1, F-1 OPT/STEM, PERM, and LCAs
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, Legal, external immigration counsel, and other business stakeholders to develop immigration strategies that support hiring and workforce objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and business stakeholders, providing proactive, clear, and empathetic communication regarding immigration requirements, processes, timelines, and potential impacts
Monitor case timelines, status, extensions, filings, and required actions to ensure timely processing and ongoing compliance
Review immigration petitions, filings, supporting documentation, invoices, and related materials for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate cost management
Identify potential immigration risks or issues, coordinate appropriate resolution, and escalate complex or high-impact matters when necessary, including Requests for Evidence (RFEs), audits, case escalations, and other specialized immigration matters
Maintain accurate immigration records, case management systems, reporting, compliance documentation, and audit-ready files while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
Monitor changes in U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and policies and translate developments into clear, actionable guidance for employees, business partners, and leadership
Develop and maintain scalable processes, standard operating procedures, knowledge resources, and internal education that improve consistency, transparency, and efficiency across immigration and mobility programs
Monitor third-party immigration and relocation provider performance, coordinate service delivery, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and the overall employee experience
Support the continuous improvement of immigration and relocation programs by analyzing processes, metrics, stakeholder feedback, and emerging business needs
Collaborate across Global Mobility, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and other internal organizations to ensure coordinated delivery of immigration and relocation services
Exercise exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail when navigating complex or high-stakes immigration matters
Manage multiple concurrent cases and priorities with speed, accuracy, and responsiveness while maintaining a high standard of customer service and stakeholder support
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management, tracking, and reporting systems to support efficient program administration
