About The Position

Infosys is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to maintain and modernize a large, highly customized SailPoint IdentityIQ environment while supporting migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role requires hands-on IdentityIQ development and troubleshooting, analysis of legacy code and integrations, and the ability to determine how existing capabilities should be redesigned, simplified, replaced, or retired in a cloud-based identity governance platform. The position supports identity, access management, governance, and migration work across a complex enterprise environment. The engineer will develop and configure IdentityIQ and ISC components, support integrations and phased coexistence, validate migrated data and capabilities, and work with architects, security teams, application owners, business stakeholders, and SailPoint resources. The role also contributes to development standards, testing, release management, incident response, and mentoring. Infosys’s Financial Services unit delivers digital transformation services to financial institutions across banking, wealth management, and insurance. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. The role does not provide immigration sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship.

  • Experience supporting integrations with directories, databases, applications, web services, ticketing platforms, and other enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of cloud-based identity governance and SailPoint ISC; ability to develop and configure ISC components.
  • Experience or ability to support phased migration, platform coexistence, migration validation, and data-quality controls.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
