About The Position

Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to maintain and modernize a large, highly customized SailPoint IdentityIQ environment and help lead its migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role involves understanding legacy code, undocumented integrations, custom workflows, and business-critical processes, then determining how to redesign, simplify, replace, or retire those capabilities in ISC. The engineer will develop and support IdentityIQ and ISC components, troubleshoot production issues, support enterprise integrations, and assist with phased migration and coexistence between the platforms. The role also includes migration planning and validation, security and application stakeholder collaboration, code reviews, testing, release management, incident response, and mentoring. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location. Infosys does not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
  • Hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development and troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience maintaining a complex, highly customized IdentityIQ implementation.
  • Ability to analyze legacy Java and BeanShell code, integrations, workflows, and business-critical processes.
  • Experience developing and supporting IdentityIQ rules, workflows, tasks, forms, certifications, policies, lifecycle events, provisioning processes, and custom objects.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues involving aggregations, identity refreshes, provisioning, certifications, connectors, workflows, and scheduled tasks.
  • Experience supporting integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of cloud-based identity governance and the ability to translate legacy capabilities into cloud-based designs.
  • Ability to develop and configure ISC integrations, workflows, transforms, provisioning logic, lifecycle processes, and related components.
  • Experience or ability to support identity and governance-data migration, phased platform coexistence, reconciliation, validation, and data-quality controls.
  • Ability to identify migration risks, functional gaps, dependencies, and remediation options.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders and communicate technical issues and design decisions clearly.
  • Ability to perform code reviews, establish development standards, and create software testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with source control and established software-development lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to support release management, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Ability to provide root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without employer-based visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
  • The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.
