Requirements

• 5–6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.x or later.
• Strong experience with SailPoint workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, approvals, access requests, identity lifecycle management, and access governance.
• Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs.
• Experience with SailPoint auditing and audit data.
• Experience developing custom reports and dashboards.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting SailPoint integrations and production issues.
• Experience with Git and SSB-based development/deployment processes.
• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in financial services, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated/large enterprise environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot SailPoint integrations and production issues.
• Work independently in a project-based environment.
• Develop custom solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, including workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, approvals, and access requests.
• Manage identity lifecycle and access governance.
• Perform auditing and analyze audit data within SailPoint.
• Utilize Git and SSB-based development/deployment processes.
