Senior HW Reliability Engineer
About The Position
As a Senior HW Reliability Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring the reliability and long-term performance of Nokia Silicon Photonics products. You will support early product development and co-operate with product development teams by defining and analyzing reliability specifications while also evaluating products already in the field through failure rate, MTBF, useful life, and field data analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with packaging development engineers, architects, designers, and other engineering stakeholders. You will drive reliability-related tasks, reporting, and recommendations through the process, helping teams identify risks, validate reliability models, and make design improvements based on data.
Requirements
- Ensuring the reliability and long-term performance of Nokia Silicon Photonics products.
- Supporting early product development and cooperating with product development teams.
- Defining and analyzing reliability specifications.
- Evaluating products already in the field through failure rate, MTBF, useful life, and field data analysis.
