About The Position

Serve as a subject matter expert for HVAC systems and support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on rooftop units (RTUs) and associated HVAC equipment, including inspecting, cleaning, and replacing air filters according to maintenance schedules; cleaning evaporator and condenser coils to maintain system efficiency and performance; inspecting belts, pulleys, motors, bearings, dampers, and electrical components; and verifying refrigerant levels, airflow, temperature differentials, and equipment operating parameters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years maintaining commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge in two or more related fields, including plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and painting.
