Requirements
- A minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
- EPA 608 Certification & WA 06A license (required)
- Advanced start-up, warranty, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across commercial HVAC systems
- Deep knowledge of electrical schematics, refrigerant handling, brazing/welding, and HVAC software/controls.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Nice To Haves
- NATE & factory training on major equipment brands are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads complex diagnostics, installations, and repairs of systems from light commercial to complex industrial systems.
- Troubleshooting heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Supporting junior technicians, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring workplace safety standards are met.
- Managing central plant operations to maximize equipment uptime and energy efficiency for large properties.
- Interacting directly with facility managers to explain repairs, provide quotes, and recommend system upgrades
- Represent Entek with professionalism, customer-first mindset, and urgency on every job
