Requirements
- 5–7+ Years Commercial HVAC Experience
- Strong Chiller Diagnostic & Repair Skills
- Ability to Read and Interpret Wiring Diagrams
- Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting Experience
- Professional Communication Skills
- Pride in Craftsmanship & Customer Service
- Commitment to Safety
- REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: EPA Universal Certification, Current EPA Certification, Texas TDLR Registration, Texas ACR Registration, Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and chiller systems serving Commercial Office Buildings, Healthcare Facilities, Industrial Plants, Data Centers, and Critical Cooling Environments.
- Experience With: Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers, Screw, Scroll & Reciprocating Chillers, Semi-Hermetic Compressors, Large Split Systems, Package Units & Large Tonnage Equipment, Water Source Heat Pumps, VAV Systems & Building Controls, VFD Troubleshooting & Repair, Electrical Diagnostics & Controls.
- Specialized Equipment Including: Liebert Systems, AAON Equipment, Intellipaks, Seasons 4 Systems.
