This is a professional position with a high level of responsibility with the Northeast Region Adult Services Program Office that involves planning, staff development, community outreach, management, and quality assurance activities. The person occupying this position works closely with other departmental staff and community representatives. This position's duties and functions are carried out in conformity with statewide policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. This position requires expertise in training, management, monitoring, and administration of Adult Protective Services Programs with extensive knowledge of Adult Protective Services concepts and programs, federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to Adult Protective Services. Travel within the region are required. Work is performed under the supervision of the Region Program Supervisor.
