The Senior HR Workforce Analyst is responsible for delivering workforce analytics, people insights, and strategic reporting that support organizational decision making and workforce planning initiatives across AssistRx. This role partners closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Finance, and business leaders to provide actionable insights related to workforce trends, talent acquisition, employee retention, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce performance. The Senior HR Workforce Analyst serves as a key resource for workforce reporting, dashboard development, predictive analytics, and data governance. This position is responsible for transforming workforce data into meaningful business intelligence that enables leaders to make informed decisions, optimize workforce strategies, and support organizational growth.
