HealthPartners is hiring a Senior HR Technology Analyst. The Senior HR Technology Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing HR operations through leveraging technology to streamline business processes, ensuring alignment with HealthPartners’ strategic goals and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for the strategic configuration, maintenance and optimization of integrated HR systems and processes that support effective data management, reporting and administration. A Senior Analyst provides support and direction for a product or specific module(s). Key responsibilities include system changes and enhancements, managing software releases and introducing new functionality, and supporting all aspects of the system(s) including extensions and fast formulas, integrations and reporting as applicable. As part of an agile product team, this position is accountable for ensuring that the products meet the needs of HR, Leaders and employees and other stakeholders. This position partners closely with Human Resource teams, Payroll, IT, and Data Operations to maintain current system functionality, implement new functionality and ensure data integrity.
