About The Position

This role sits at the center of our People Strategy & Solutions function, supporting HR systems, data, and daily operations with a strong focus on maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and developing insights that inform workforce decisions. You’ll help ensure data integrity, identify inconsistencies, and translate people data into clear insights, while supporting core HR processes and gaining exposure to broader initiatives in performance management, total rewards, recruitment, engagement, and communications. This role offers broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources, with responsibilities spanning across various HR functions.   • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in a Human Resources, People Operations, or administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort working with data in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Build hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), with a focus on ADP, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data updates, audits, and reporting
  • Help keep employee records, job data, and organizational information accurate and up to date across our HR systems
  • Create routine and ad hoc HR reports while learning how to analyze employee data, metrics, and trends that help drive better decisions
  • Play an important role in maintaining data accuracy by reviewing HRIS information and proactively identify discrepancies or gaps
  • Support the creation of HR dashboards, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials that help tell the story behind our people data
  • Use HR systems, reporting tools, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen reporting, and support smarter HR processes
  • Help process and route documentation for new hires, employee changes, and terminations, gaining exposure to key HR workflows
  • Assist with maintaining the organizational chart and workforce data so the team and leaders always have a clear view of the business
  • Support compliance efforts by helping audit employee files for completeness, including I-9s, background checks, employment verifications, and related documentation
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating logistics, preparing documentation, and making sure required systems and forms are completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as a helpful resource by responding to basic HR questions and supporting Requests for Information (RFIs), with guidance from the team when needed
  • Help coordinate onboarding schedules, training sessions, and HR programs that create a great employee experience from day one
  • Help bring our culture to life by assisting with employee events and engagement activities
  • Manage and maintain the HR inbox by replying to emails from employees, routing emails to the appropriate member of the HR team, and keeping the inbox up to date and organized
  • Contribute to meaningful HR projects across areas like performance management, learning and development, and operational improvements
  • Partner with the CHRO on internal communications projects, including leadership of the firmwide newsletter and the company intranet page to ensure accurate HR information is available at all times
  • Gain exposure to benefits and total rewards by assisting with open enrollment, employee communications, and coordination with benefits partners
  • Partner with the Total Rewards Partner on ad hoc projects related to compensation design and analysis
  • Support recruitment operations by helping with candidate communication, interview coordination, and the maintenance of clear, accurate job descriptions
  • Help create a great first experience for new employees by coordinating onboarding activities with new-hires, HR, IT, Hiring Managers, and other teams
