Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist with high level accountability to join our growing team in our Plantation Headquarters. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of data by supporting HR systems as it relates to all aspects of a team member's data life cycle. They will provide support for all wage and hour team member needs through record auditing, corrections, and transactional support. The incumbent will be supporting the enterprise, executing high quality work while meeting business initiatives that comply with state, federal and local regulations and are aligned with the company guiding principles. The incumbent will represent HR Shared Services and cross functionally collaborate closely with other business segments, including Directors, VP and C-suite team members to analyze key metric data for potential improvements and to provide guidance, knowledge and support, including automated systems of HR. The incumbent will also drive the development of tools and technology to improve compliance, enhance service levels and identify strategic opportunities and objectives.
