Full-Time Chicago, IL Fully On-Site | Located in the Heart of the Chicago Loop The Spirit of the Position: The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports the HR Business Partner in establishing and maintaining compliant, employee-focused Human Resources practices across the region. As a company devoted to promoting an employee-focused servant leadership culture, the Senior HR Generalist serves as a trusted partner to employees and operational leaders while supporting the full employee lifecycle. This position will have primary responsibility for one designated union workforce and will independently administer many aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including onboarding, benefits administration, contract compliance, grievance management, auditing, and employee relations support. The Senior HR Generalist partners closely with operational leaders and the HR Business Partner to ensure compliance, consistency, and an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
