Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience assisting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations support, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize various tasks and follow projects through to completion.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
  • Experience in financial services, professional services, or a fast-growing organization.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for employee and manager HR questions.
  • Provide mentorship on company policies, procedures, benefits, and HR programs.
  • Support managers with performance-related documentation and corrective action processes.
  • Advance complex employee relations matters and investigations to HR leadership.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
  • Process employee status changes, organizational updates, and HR transactions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other departments to support employee needs.
  • Assist with audits and compliance-related activities.
  • Support annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • Complete HR projects from planning through completion.
  • Support organizational initiatives, system implementations, and policy rollouts.
  • Assist with acquisition integration activities and employee transitions.
  • Find opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and employee experience.
  • Maintain project trackers and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • Monitor trends related to turnover, hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools.
