The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted partner to leaders and team members across the organization, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. This role provides both strategic and hands-on HR support in areas including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation administration, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Senior HR Generalist plays a key role in executing HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and fostering positive employee experiences across multiple locations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
