About The Position

EnProVera Corporation was formed to partner with the U.S. Government to help develop, implement, and execute the strategies and associated missions to protect the freedoms and interests of the United States. EnProVera is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support HR operations within the government contracting environment, under the supervision of the HR Director.

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years of HR supervisory experience working for a government contractor. EPV may consider seven years of HR support experience with five working for a government contractor.
  • Experience with FLSA, DOL, FMLA, ADA, PWFA, LOA, WC compliance.
  • Professional, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems, understanding of related FAR requirements a plus.
  • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure HR compliance, accuracy of employee data, and efficiency of day-to-day HR operations.
  • Customer service mindset with internal/and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability in a regulated and compliance-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Extra consideration given for SCA experience.
  • understanding of related FAR requirements a plus.
  • A degree or certification from an accredited school in an HR related discipline or SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises two HR Generalists
  • Responds to manager and associate inquiries in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner
  • Maintains accuracy of associate records and documents in the HRIS systems, processing changes, terminations, and status updates while processing HR transactions, including preparing, reviewing, and routing HR documentation
  • Performs onboarding and orientation including verification of I-9 documents
  • Performs intake and tracking on leave processes, including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, LOA, WC and others
  • Works with the Corporate Timekeeping Specialist to assist in resolving discrepancies in timekeeping
  • Supports onsite supervisors and management with performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and investigations
  • Works to ensure compliance with all regulations and policies and assists reviewing and updating the same
  • Reviews compliance with the DOL, SCA, and FLSA wage/labor requirements and ensures Job Description accuracy
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information
  • Performs New Hire and Associate Engagement Surveys and Exit interviews
  • Reports HR issues from onsite staff, management, subcontractors, and the customer and presents them with recommended solutions to the HR Director.
  • Supports the corporate Service Support Team to ensure data integrity and process alignment
