About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across the organization. This role supports employee relations, workplace investigations, leadership coaching, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and HR programs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can effectively balance independent work with strong cross-functional collaboration. We are open to remote candidates in the resides in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Colorado.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience (required).
Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions with confidence.
Comfortable working independently while building strong partnerships across the organization.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of employment law in any of the following preferred: California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Experience in healthcare, multi-site operations, retail, or DSO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
Conduct workplace investigations and provide sound, compliant recommendations.
Coach leaders through complex people situations and organizational change.
Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
Analyze HR trends and recommend process improvements.
Administer core HR programs, including performance reviews, terminations, and compensation support.
