About The Position

Rocket Youth is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple business units while helping shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification
  • Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations
  • Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms
  • Background in service-based, education, youth programs, franchised, or multi-location organizations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and business objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across multiple locations
  • Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, leadership practices, and employee development
  • Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention
  • Manage employee relations matters including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and corrective action
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Promote consistent application of HR policies and best practices
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace environment
  • Support onboarding and employee development initiatives
  • Assist with HRIS administration and UKG support
  • Help improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Provide HR technology guidance to leaders and employees
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements
  • Assist with organizational development and workforce planning
  • Participate in acquisition integration and change management projects
