About The Position

Vertiv is looking for two Senior HRBP’s to serve as dedicated partners and consultants to the client group leadership teams, one within Infrastructure Solutions and Switchgear & Busway in Greenville, and the other supporting the manufacturing plant in Pelzer. These roles are a primary driver of talent execution, ensuring that the business’s rapid growth is supported by a high-velocity, high-quality staffing engine. Operating as a trusted advisor on the ground, the Senior HRBP bridges business needs and HR solutions to ensure workforce investments directly support business growth and execution excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally in a fast-growing industrial or technology environment.
  • Proven ability to "Act with Urgency" and "Own It" in a high-growth, deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility with both employees and managers.
  • Foundational understanding of how talent execution impacts overall business growth and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure speed and effectiveness in the hiring process.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment lifecycle, suggesting alternative sourcing options to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Take ownership of role leveling and provide detailed, business-aligned information for new requisitions.
  • Monitor recruitment progress with TA and Hiring Managers, actively driving the process to keep candidate pipelines moving.
  • Collaborate with TA and Hiring Managers to develop competitive, data-driven offers.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new hires are successfully integrated and productive.
  • Participate in interviews for select, business-critical roles to ensure cultural and technical alignment.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, building strong, trusted relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Align and drive recruitment activity specifically to support business growth and operational scaling.
  • Provide proactive HR guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support to management teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Provide input on organizational design, offering ideas to improve role clarity and resource allocation during periods of expansion.
  • Support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption of new HR processes across the site.
  • Assist in implementing performance management and employee development programs to build internal capability.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough, objective, and compliant investigations.
  • Maintain a professional knowledge of employment laws and HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure consistent application of practices.
