The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong relationship management and consultation skills Business acumen and an overall curiosity of the business Lead HR initiatives/Projects and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce (union and non-union) strategies to meet organization objectives Utilizes conflict resolution techniques to support team cohesion Leverages data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational health This position can be based in Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Arlington, VA; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; or El Segundo, CA. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
