The Senior HR Business Partner exists to align people strategy with business priorities and strengthen organizational effectiveness across assigned client groups. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving performance, engagement, and talent outcomes that directly support business success. The position operates with strong autonomy, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role serves as a strategic partner and coach to senior leaders while acting as the People lead for the supported business areas. The Senior HRBP collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, Talent, and People Operations to ensure aligned, scalable people solutions. As a senior member of the People team, driving accountability, fostering inclusive collaboration, navigating complexity, and mentoring peers where appropriate. This role reports to the Senior Director, HR.
