About The Position

The department of Human Resources invites applicants to apply for the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner- Athletics role. This position partners closely with departmental leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives and provides comprehensive support in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development, performance management, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, organizational development, performance management, and compliance.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience in higher education or athletics administration.
