The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, partnering closely with leadership teams to shape talent strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational effectiveness. This role plays a key role in advancing Elite’s talent programs, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design. The Sr. HRBP works with leadership teams to ensure organizational structures, leadership practices, and talent pipelines support the company’s long-term growth and evolving business priorities. Work Arrangement: Remote, United States This role requires the individual to be based in U.S. time zones and support leaders and teams across global time zones.
