About The Position

The Senior Human Resources Analyst helps shape strategic workforce initiatives through advanced analytics and reporting solutions. The role transforms complex workforce data into clear recommendations that guide talent and business decisions across Uline’s growing North American company. The position is based onsite at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience analyzing workforce, HR, or business data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• A focus in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python or database management.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to identify workforce trends, root causes, and opportunities to strengthen recruiting, retention, and workforce planning.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel, SQL, Workday, and Power BI to deliver workforce insights.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to solve complex workforce challenges and provide data-driven recommendations that support workforce planning.
• Lead analytics projects and identify opportunities to improve reporting, HR data quality, and business processes.
• Translate insights into clear, concise summaries and presentations for leadership to support strategic business decisions.
