The Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for the administration, optimization, and enhancement of Workday across the organization. This position serves as a trusted partner to HR, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders by delivering scalable solutions, actionable workforce insights, and streamlined business processes that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in Workday with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role will serve as the primary owner of Workday Benefits configuration for the U.S. employee population, lead the annual Open Enrollment process, and drive reporting and analytics capabilities through Discovery Boards, Dashboards, Matrix Reports, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields. This individual will play a key role in enhancing Workday business processes, improving data quality, and delivering meaningful workforce insights that enable data-driven decision-making. The position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact HRIS initiatives in a growing global organization while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions. This is a hybrid role, based in any of our U.S. offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs.
