About The Position

Assist and support all aspects of initiatives related to Human Resources Technology updates and/or implementations including design, analysis, testing, reporting and training. Work with leadership to ensure technology is used to drive efficiency, improve service, and provide a desired user experience. Manage the day-today Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions including: HRIS administration, reporting, data validation, documentation and system testing. Maintain HR data structures to ensure data integrity, compliance, reliability, efficiency and confidentiality. Create queries and reports using system reporting tools. Analyze data and provide feedback on trends and outcomes. Assist in the development and production of standard and custom reports for ongoing customer needs. Document report life cycle processes. Analyze, design, develop, test and deliver all requested HR metrics. Analyze current HR system-wide tools and processes and provide recommendations for automation. Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Provide training and development to users as requested. Provide information to support audit requests. This position is Actively Recruited and At Will.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
  • Four (4) years of human resources information systems (HRIS), HR technology, or directly related experience is required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software and other software/tools used to manage projects, provide data analysis, and develop forms, presentations and reports.
  • Understanding of Human Resources processes, Human Resources functional areas of specialization, and Human Resources data.
  • Knowledge of query and report development for Human Resources systems and knowledge in security set up for HRIS.
  • Ability to communicate, both written and orally, effectively with others and use sound judgment in interpreting problems and issues related to data management.
  • Ability to work independently and provide guidance to staff addressing analytical and technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members, mid-level leadership, and potentially senior leaders to drive accuracy and precision in analysis.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in the implementation of major upgrade of ERP system and system administration is preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced user of Microsoft Excel with the ability to create basic formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLookups is preferred.
  • Experience working with Taleo or other ATS systems is preferred.
  • Skill in quantitative and qualitative analysis to support HR analytics.
  • Skill in complex report generation using enterprise report writing tools.
  • Skill in critical thinking.
  • Skill in executing advanced data collection, synthesis, analysis, reporting, and development of recommendations to support functional area(s), where analysis is based on diverse or non-standard problems.
  • Knowledge of diverse analytical practices to independently perform moderate to complex studies and continually adopt new methods.
