This opportunity is in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department is responsible for key areas typically associated with HR, such as talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, employment law compliance, and performance management. Role Description As a Senior HR Total Rewards Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing Safety National's Total Rewards programs, with a primary focus on retirement plan administration, governance, compliance, and vendor management. You'll serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, plan trustees, and third-party providers to ensure our retirement and Total Rewards programs operate efficiently, remain compliant with regulatory requirements, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day retirement plan operations, coordinate audits and compliance activities, analyze regulatory changes, and identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen program effectiveness. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in retirement plan administration and/or similar benefits administration.
  • Experience working with 401(k) plans and third-party retirement plan service providers.
  • Working knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive employee, compensation, and organizational information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of AI and automation tools to support benefits administration and retirement plan operations.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
